Directions
One-way or two-way. How sync directions actually work.
Free · one-way
Events from A are copied to B as busy blocks. Events on B don't sync back to A.
Example. A meeting on Google → blocker on Outlook. But Outlook bookings don't appear on Google.
Pro · two-way
Events flow both directions. A new event on either calendar syncs to the other. Neither calendar gets double-booked.
Example. Meeting on Google → blocker on Outlook. Client books on Outlook → blocker on Google. Perfect sync.
