Events from A are copied to B as busy blocks. Events on B don't sync back to A.
Example. A meeting on Google → blocker on Outlook. But Outlook bookings don't appear on Google.
Pro · two-way
Events flow both directions. A new event on either calendar syncs to the other. Neither calendar gets double-booked.
Example. Meeting on Google → blocker on Outlook. Client books on Outlook → blocker on Google. Perfect sync.

What calendars does CalendarSync support?
CalendarSync supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar. Google and Outlook connect with one click, and on Pro and during the trial their changes sync as they happen. Apple connects over CalDAV with an app-specific password and is checked on a schedule rather than instantly. On the Free plan, every calendar is checked every 15 minutes.
How do I connect Apple Calendar?
On the Calendars page, choose Apple Calendar. Then sign in at account.apple.com (on iPhone or iPad, use Safari), open Sign-In & Security, select App-Specific Passwords and generate one named CalendarSync. Paste it into CalendarSync with the email you sign in to Apple with, which doesn't have to be an iCloud address. Apple requires two-factor authentication for app-specific passwords, and you can revoke the password at any time.
Can I connect a work calendar that my IT team manages?
Yes. If your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin must approve new apps first, CalendarSync tells you so and gives you a ready-written approval request to email them. For Microsoft 365 it includes Microsoft's standard admin consent link. Once your admin approves, connect the calendar as normal. A personal Google, Outlook or Apple calendar connects straight away in the meantime.
What's the difference between blocker and mirror mode?
Blocker mode adds a "Busy (CalendarSync)" block to your other calendar, so people see you are taken without seeing why. Mirror mode (Pro) copies the title, time and description, so you can see what each commitment is. Attendees and locations are never copied, so nobody receives a duplicate invite.
Can I sync more than 2 calendars?
Yes. On the Pro plan you can connect unlimited calendars and create unlimited sync pairs. Personal Google, work Outlook, and multiple client calendars can all sync at once.
Can my team connect their calendars to my account?
Yes. On a paid Pro plan you can send an invite link to a staff member or subcontractor. They connect their Google or Outlook calendar in a couple of clicks and do not need a CalendarSync account. You see their busy times only, never event details, and they can disconnect at any time. Each invited connection is SGD 2 per person per month, prorated from the day they connect. If your own Pro plan is annual, seats are still billed monthly by default; you can instead choose SGD 24 per person per year, billed on the same invoice as your plan. Annual seats are paid for the year: if someone disconnects, their seat stays available for the next person you invite at no extra charge until your renewal, when you are charged only for the seats in use. Switching back to monthly credits the unused part of the year to your plan renewal. Calendars you connect yourself stay free and unlimited.
Is my calendar data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest. Google and Outlook connect with OAuth 2.0, so we never see or store those passwords, and the tokens they issue are encrypted with AES-256 before we store them. Apple Calendar connects with an app-specific password (never your Apple Account password), which we store encrypted with AES-256 and you can revoke at any time. We ask Google and Microsoft only for calendar access and the basic details that identify your account, never your mailbox or files. From Settings you can download a copy of your data or delete your account yourself, at any time.

What happens when my trial ends?
Your account drops to the Free tier with limited features (2 calendar connections, 1 sync pair, one-way blocker sync only, no scheduling links, no notetaker, no API). Your existing configuration is saved. Upgrade to Pro any time at SGD 7/month to unlock everything again.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription at any time from account settings. Your syncs continue until the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with CalendarSync Pro, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
