What CalendarSync does.

Sync

Two-way syncPro

Add an event on Google, it shows up on Outlook. Edit on Outlook, it updates on Google. Either side leads, the other follows — no primary or replica to remember.

  • Real-time push updates (Pro)
  • Or scheduled every 15 min on Free
  • No duplicate events. Loops are detected and stopped.

Edit on either side. The other follows in seconds.

Mirror or Blocker

Decide what shows up on the other side. Mirror copies everything; Blocker only marks you Busy without revealing what or with whom.

  • Mirror: full title, time, attendees, location
  • Blocker: just 'Busy' — perfect for personal → work
  • Per-pair setting. One can be mirror, another blocker.

Scheduling

Booking links that respect every calendarPro

Share one link. CalendarSync checks every connected calendar before showing free slots. No more double-bookings because your other calendar wasn't visible to the booking page.

  • Embed inline, popup, or floating badge
  • Auto-cancellation, reschedule, and reminder emails
  • Per-link working hours, buffers, and notetaker invite

Meetings

AI notetaker → structured action itemsPro

Connect Fireflies once. CalendarSync matches every transcript to the meeting it came from and parses the action items into checkable tasks, owner-tagged.

  • Action items grouped by meeting in your dashboard
  • Tick to mark done; deep-link back to the source meeting
  • Bulk 'mark all done' for meetings without follow-up

Speed

Instant sync, in secondsPro

Push-driven webhooks mean a change on one calendar lands on the other before the page reloads. No 15-minute polling lag.

  • Median end-to-end propagation: under 4 seconds
  • Multi-layer fallbacks if a webhook fires but sync can't run
  • Visible in /dashboard/sync-history if anything goes wrong

Teams

For teams and subcontractors.Pro

Send an invite link and a staff member or subcontractor connects their own Google or Outlook calendar to your account. No CalendarSync login for them, no shared passwords, no forwarding invites by hand. Their real availability joins your account, and clients can book each of them through their own link.

Busy only

their choice, not yours

Busy times flow one way, in. Nothing goes back. Invitees never see each other.

You (host) see

SGD 2 each per month
  • 14:00SamBusy
  • 10:30PriyaSite visit, Tampines
  • 09:00WeiBusy

They pick what you see

Busy times only, or full event details. The invitee chooses when they connect and can flip it later. You cannot override it, and busy-only stays busy-only even inside a mirror pair.

Book them, person by person

Turn on “This link books Sam” and the link offers only times Sam is actually free. A booking for Sam never blocks Priya at the same hour. Bookings land on your calendar, unless the person opts in to receive them on theirs.

They can leave any time

Every invitee gets a private manage link. One click disconnects, and you are told by email. You can also remove a connection from your side.

SGD 2 per person per month

Always billed monthly, only once they actually connect, prorated from that day. It stops when they disconnect. Calendars you connect yourself stay free and unlimited.

How it works

3 steps to stop double-booking for good.

01

Connect

Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or add Apple, Yahoo, Fastmail, or Zoho via CalDAV.

02

Pair

Pick which calendars sync to which, mirror or blocker, one-way or two-way.

03

Forget about it

CalendarSync runs in the cloud. Nothing on your laptop. Nothing to install.
